TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRIZE DRAWS ASSOCIATED WITH THE GTP’S SURVEYS & COMPETITIONS
The GTP’s surveys and competitions are open only to individuals who match the criteria of the survey or competition in question as indicated in each survey or competition’s outline.
Participants who complete GTP surveys and/or enter competitions must provide their name and an email address or contact telephone number in order to be entered into a prize draw. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and winners must be prepared to be photographed for news stories and social media channels.
The GTP accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. By submitting your entry, you are confirming to us that:
∙ You match the criteria of the survey and/or competition in questions as indicated on that survey’s/competition’s outline;
∙ Neither you nor any member of your family is an employee of the GTP;
∙ You consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of operating the prize draw; ∙ You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Prize draws for each survey/competition will be held within 14 days of the survey/competition closing date and winners will be notified by email or telephonically. Please note The GTP reserves the right to extend the closing date of any survey or competition, and notice of such extension will appear on The GTP’s website and social media platforms. Extensive effort will be made by The GTP to contact the winner at the email address or telephone number provided. If The GTP is unable to make contact with the winner within 10 days of its first attempt to do so, the participant’s successful entry will be declared invalid and The GTP shall redraw from the original participants’ pool, on the same basis, until it has a winner. The GTP’s decision regarding any aspect of a prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding it.
The prize is nonexchangeable and non-transferable.
