Initiated in 2021, this survey is designed research and monitor property trends in the area. The study is specifically focused on affordability trends on all forms of property, including a scope to survey industrial zones along Voortrekker Road from Goodwood to the R300, and across the Greater Tygerberg Area; and an industrial study report to link to the Cape Town Industrial Survey (conducted in 2016). The results will be published in report and infographic format. Most notably, the report will include an overview of problem buildings in Bellville, which is an issue that affects the quality of urban life in the Bellville CBD.
