WHY BELLVILLE? JOIN US AT THE GTP VIRTUAL CONFERENCE

The GTP is hosting its annual investment conference on 14 October, to answer the question ‘Why Bellville?’. The one-day virtual conference programme will unpack the investment case for Bellville and broadcast more about the GTP’s achievements. Hosted in partnership with Real Estate Investor, the conference offers investors, developers and asset managers a chance to network and to connect with others who are finding commercial benefits of being in Bellville.

The event will be a digital conference and exhibition hosted in a custom-built 3D GTP space to enable more interaction with guests, speakers and exhibitors. Live-streamed and pre-recorded on-demand content will be available to all users. It is a pairing of real and virtual realities enabled via billions of connected devices and accessed through the interface of virtual and augmented reality.

The line between digital and physical worlds is fading fast. The GTP is going beyond standard Zoom technology which has become hackneyed and alienating to fatigued audiences. This new 3D virtual space promises a more dynamic, interactive and engaging setting for meaningful conversations to take place which mimics a real live event.
