Like any city, Bellville grapples with issues relating to homelessness and vagrancy. This study offers a greater understanding of rough sleepers and displaced people in the CBD and will map the capacity of the social services network to address their needs. The results will be distributed in an infographic format. The report will be published in late 2021.
