Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard to develop a new strategy to reposition not only the work we do at the GTP, but also to articulate with greater clarity everything that Bellville has to offer. We’ve consolidated that work into a new shop window and are now delighted to reveal our bold new website.
Here, you’ll find out everything that we’re doing, but you’ll also be able to explore Bellville and everything it has to offer in more depth.
In parallel, we’ve embarked on a research project to better understand some of Bellville’s most prominent business assets. Focusing on five distinct sectors: manufacturing, education, medical, logistics and retail, this research is designed to fully unpack the business case for investing and developing those sectors in Bellville.

We’ll soon be officially launching a new initiative, called Invest Bellville, which seeks to drive home the message that Bellville is definitively open for business. It’s an affordable, accessible, mature investment destination that is ripe for development.
