Bellville’s large land parcels and warehousing options provide opportunities for multinationals to establish centres for light manufacturing, packing, processing assembly and distribution. In addition, large-scale warehouse parks allow for the creation of logistics and manufacturing clusters which can facilitate intra-regional trade.
