On Saturday, 20th January 2018, The Greater Tygerberg Partnership (GTP) will be hosting a community Wellness Day at Jack Muller Park from 8am – 1pm.

With healthcare being so costly and people being more health conscious than ever before, we at the GTP are offering an opportunity to experience wellness in a completely new way.  We encourage a healthier community, not only in a business sense, but a healthier civil society, with access to all. The aim of this project is to promote mental and physical wellness further activations fitness and well-being for all individuals.

Bring your family, friends and co-workers. This is a FREE day of activities for the whole family including martial arts, yoga, aerobics/crossfit and other exercise classes for adults and kids.

Fun activities, health screenings taste and learn how to work with healthy food in our demos, one-on-one sessions with health care providers, exhibits and so much more! Free Goodie Bag giveaways will be given to the first 45 participants.

So get ready! Dust off your trainers and get your sweatband on – You are definitely going to need it.
