Contextual analysis of Focus Area and motivation for extension period and leverage investment within this zone, example:

  • Portside building development built at a cost of R1.6 billion, the owners were able to write off 20% of the building costs in year one and 8 % a year in the remaining 10 years for income tax purposes.1
